Estimation of Liver TNF-α and IL-1β. Liver samples were disintegrated in 5 volumes of ice-cold RIPA buffer. After incubation on ice for 30 minutes, samples were centrifuged twice at 20,000 ×g for 15 minutes at 4°C. The resulting supernatants were used for assay. The hepatic concentration of TNF-α and IL-1β was measured by the way introduced by Moon et al. [12] using a commercial ELISA kit (Shanghai Jinma Biological Technology Inc., China) following the manufacture’s instruction.
