1.背景信息 Background：
隨著電力工業(yè)的發(fā)展，對(duì)設(shè)備的可靠性要求越來(lái)越高。以往人工巡視設(shè)備的方法已逐漸弱化，在這種條件下，高壓設(shè)備的無(wú)線測(cè)溫系統(tǒng)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。這種技術(shù)是將內(nèi)置電池和無(wú)線發(fā)射模塊的測(cè)溫傳感器安裝于各測(cè)溫點(diǎn)，由于其體積小，且無(wú)需任何接線，其電氣質(zhì)量可以得到保證。傳感器周期性的將測(cè)溫?cái)?shù)據(jù)無(wú)線發(fā)送至接收單元，接收單元可聯(lián)網(wǎng)將數(shù)據(jù)送至主站，以此實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)區(qū)域系統(tǒng)的電氣溫度監(jiān)測(cè)。
目前我國(guó)許多地方的電網(wǎng)公司、變電站、鋼鐵公司等都已在高壓設(shè)備上采用這種無(wú)線測(cè)溫監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)。
電氣接點(diǎn)在線測(cè)溫裝置適用于高低壓開(kāi)關(guān)柜內(nèi)電纜接頭、斷路器觸頭、刀閘開(kāi)關(guān)、高壓電纜中間頭、干式變壓器、低壓大電流等設(shè)備的溫度監(jiān)測(cè)，防止在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中因氧化、松動(dòng)、灰塵等因素造成接點(diǎn)接觸電阻過(guò)大而發(fā)熱成為隱患，提高設(shè)備質(zhì)量保障，及時(shí)、持續(xù)、準(zhǔn)確反映設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，降低設(shè)備事故率。

This technology is to install the temperature sensor with built-in battery and wireless transmitting module at each temperature measuring point. The sensor periodically sends the temperature measurement data wirelessly to the receiver, and it can send the data to the main station on a network, so as to realize the electrical temperature monitoring of a regional system.
Currently, many power grid companies, substations and steel companies in China have adopted this wireless temperature monitoring technology on high voltage equipment.
The electric terminal on-line temperature measuring device is using for the temperature monitoring of cable connector, circuit breaker contact, knife switch, high voltage cable intermediate head, dry transformer, low voltage high current and other equipment in high and low voltage switch gear.To prevent excessive contact resistance caused by oxidation, loosening, dust and other factors during operation, heating becomes a hidden danger of safety, to improve the safety and security of equipment, to reflect the running state of equipment in time, continuously and accurately, and to reduce the accident rate of equipment.

某公司是一家智能用電服務(wù)公司，為各類(lèi)商用型建筑提供智慧能源, 及配電維護(hù)服務(wù)。該項(xiàng)目有多面11kV的開(kāi)關(guān)柜需要檢測(cè)線纜溫度，客戶咨詢安科瑞無(wú)線測(cè)溫產(chǎn)品，希望通過(guò)安科瑞ATE無(wú)線溫度傳感器和ATC接收器，對(duì)開(kāi)關(guān)柜內(nèi)的線纜進(jìn)行溫度檢測(cè)，并通過(guò)RS485通訊將數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)胶笈_(tái)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控，從而可以有效預(yù)防開(kāi)關(guān)柜內(nèi)部過(guò)熱發(fā)生故障，影響設(shè)備正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，避免隱患。
