摘要：隨著電力工業(yè)的發(fā)展，對(duì)設(shè)備的可靠性要求越來越高。在這種條件下，高壓設(shè)備的無線測(cè)溫系統(tǒng)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。這種技術(shù)是將內(nèi)置電池或電流感應(yīng)和無線發(fā)射模塊的測(cè)溫傳感器安裝于各測(cè)溫點(diǎn)，由于其體積小，且無需任何接線，其電氣可以得到保證。傳感器周期性的將測(cè)溫?cái)?shù)據(jù)無線發(fā)送至接收單元，接收單元可聯(lián)網(wǎng)將數(shù)據(jù)送至主站，以此實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)區(qū)域系統(tǒng)的電氣溫度監(jiān)測(cè)。本文介紹了安科瑞無線測(cè)溫產(chǎn)品在北京大興國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)的應(yīng)用。
Abstract: With the development of the electrical industry, the requirements for the safety and reliability of equipment are getting higher and higher. Under this condition, a wireless temperature measurement system for high-voltage equipment came into being. It is to install temperature sensors with batteries or CT powered at each temperature measurement point. The sensor sends the temperature measurement data to the receiving unit, and the receiver can be connected to the system to realize the electrical temperature monitoring. This article introduces the application of Acrel wireless temperature measurement products in Beijing Daxing International Airport.

1.Project Overview項(xiàng)目概述
北京大興國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)建設(shè)在北京市大興區(qū)與河北省廊坊市廣陽區(qū)之間，是超大型國(guó)際航空綜合交通樞紐。該機(jī)場(chǎng)航站樓高壓變電站分為三個(gè)部分：開閉站，指廊和核心區(qū)，其中，開閉站包括116面高壓柜，指廊包括40面高壓柜，核心區(qū)包括80面高壓柜，以及其他配電部分包括430面高壓柜。安科瑞為其提供了無線測(cè)溫解決方案，每面高壓柜斷路器上下觸頭、電纜接頭9點(diǎn)測(cè)溫，共668面高壓柜，無線測(cè)溫傳感器共計(jì)6015點(diǎn)。每面高壓柜安裝一臺(tái)ASD320智能操控裝置。
As a large international transportation hub, Beijing Daxing International Airport is located between Beijing Daxing District and Guangyang District, Langfang City, Hebei Province. The airport terminal high-voltage substation includes 668 high-voltage cabinets. Acrel provided it with a wireless temperature measurement solution. The upper and lower contacts and cable joints of each high-voltage cabinet were tested at 9 points. There were a total of 6015 wireless temperature sensors. At the same time, it should be installed an ASD320 intelligent control device on each high-voltage cabinet.
