MVD-1000A1/MVD-1000D1型數(shù)顯顯微硬度計(jì)是光機(jī)電一體化的產(chǎn)品，該儀器造型新穎、美觀，而且它具有良好的可靠性，可操作性和直觀性，是顯微硬度計(jì)的升級(jí)換代產(chǎn)品。

該機(jī)采用計(jì)算機(jī)軟件控制，高倍率光學(xué)測(cè)量系統(tǒng)，光電傳感器等技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)測(cè)量裝置與壓頭自動(dòng)切換，通過軟件輸入，光源的強(qiáng)弱自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)，并選擇維氏與努氏試驗(yàn)方法、保持時(shí)間、文件號(hào)與儲(chǔ)存等，提供了各種硬度值的轉(zhuǎn)換表以供參考，在LCD大屏幕顯示屏上能顯示試驗(yàn)方法、試驗(yàn)力、測(cè)量壓痕長(zhǎng)度、硬度值、試驗(yàn)力保持時(shí)間，測(cè)量次數(shù)并能鍵入年、月、日期，試驗(yàn)結(jié)果和數(shù)據(jù)處理等，通過打印機(jī)輸出。
