DEL-F/DEM-F密閉式粉體定量給料機是我公司研制的一種專門用于粉狀物料連續定量給料的設備，它具有精度高、可靠性高及長期穩定性好等特點。該設備能按預定的程序，根據設定的給料量自動調節皮帶轉速，使物料流量穩定于設定值，平穩連續地輸送物料。是建材、冶金、電力、化工等行業用于粉狀物料的理想計量設備.
主要結構特點：
◆ 該機通過現場單機智能控制系統進行計量，備有DCS接口
◆ 關鍵部件減速機、變頻器、稱重傳感器、現場儀表系統均選用進口件
◆ 特殊的穩定性設計使粉狀物料在進入秤橋之前進行除氣和穩流
◆ 穩定室裝有橡膠密封，阻止物料從穩定室與輸送帶之間外泄，卸料罩可連接除塵器接口
◆ 穩定室內擋板在啟動時可調節物料流的狀態
