一般為五層結(jié)構(gòu)，分為保護層、過濾層、分離層、支撐層四部分，該種濾材既有均勻穩(wěn)定的過濾精度又有較高的強度與剛度，對抗壓強度要求高及過濾粒度要求均一的場合是一種理想的過濾材料。
由于其過濾機制為表層過濾，而且網(wǎng)孔孔道光滑，故其具有優(yōu)異的反洗再生性能，可以反復(fù)長期使用，尤其適合于連續(xù)化與自動化的操作過程，是任何一種過濾材料都無法相比的。
該燒結(jié)網(wǎng)材料易于成型、加工和焊接，制作方便可加工成圓形、筒狀、錐狀、波紋狀等各種形式的過濾元件。

Product introduction:
Generally speaking, standard sintered mesh consists five layers: protective layer, filter layer, dispersion layer and two reinforcing meshes. It provides excellent performances such as homogeneous steady filtration precision and high strength and stiffness, which makes it a kind of ideal filter material in the application of requiring high compressive strength and uniformity of filtering particle size.
As the result of its surface filtration construction and smooth mesh channel, it has excellent backwashing and regeneration performance. It can be used repeatedly for a long time, especially suitable for continuous and automatic operation, which exceeds any other kinds of filter material.
Furthermore, this mesh is easy to be formed, machined and welded. It can be made into variety of filter elements such as circular, cartridge, cone, pleats and so on.
