活性炭廢氣凈化器是一種干式廢氣處理設(shè)備。由箱體和填裝在箱體內(nèi)的吸附單元組成。根據(jù)吸附單元的數(shù)量和風(fēng)量可進(jìn)行不同規(guī)格的組合，活性碳廢氣凈化器選擇不同填料可以處理多種不同廢氣，主要用于油漆等有機(jī)廢氣的凈化。
采用優(yōu)質(zhì)和輔助材料制成規(guī)格為100mm*100mm*100mm的蜂窩狀活性碳，成為一種新型吸附性強(qiáng)的過濾材料，目前已經(jīng)大量應(yīng)用在高濃度、大風(fēng)量的各種有機(jī)廢氣凈化系統(tǒng)中。被處理廢氣在通過蜂窩活性碳方孔時(shí)能充分與活性碳廣泛接觸，風(fēng)系小，具有優(yōu)良的吸附、脫附性能和氣體動力學(xué)性能，可廣泛用于凈化處理含有苯類、酚類、酯類、醛類等有機(jī)氣體、惡臭味氣體和含有微量重金屬的各類氣體。當(dāng)活性炭微孔被有機(jī)溶劑布滿后，活性炭便失去了吸附效果，此時(shí)活性炭必須進(jìn)行再生或更換，更換周期約為4個月。
