環(huán)氧砂漿地坪
環(huán)氧砂漿地坪廣泛適用于機械、食品、電子、、化工、醫(yī)藥、煙草、紡織、家具、輕工、塑料、文體用品等,制造工廠車間和倉庫的水泥地面或水磨石地面。

基面要求
1、水泥基面牢固、結實、不起殼，應杜絕砂漿起殼現(xiàn)象，混凝土層與砂漿找平層一起澆筑。若先澆筑混凝土層，則要求砂漿層的厚度不低于40mm，對叉車道的要求則更厚。有關坡度應符合設計要求，允許偏差值為坡度的2%，并且不大于30mm。
2、要求表面不起砂，硬度高，沒有水泥粉化現(xiàn)象。新澆筑的水泥砂漿層要充分保養(yǎng)。水泥基面平坦，無凹凸不平、蜂窩麻面、水泥疙瘩，其他涂料、乳膠漆、泡泡糖等殘渣。

影響因素
影響環(huán)氧砂漿地坪固化時間的因素:環(huán)氧砂漿地坪的種類:在相同的固化條件下，環(huán)氧砂漿地坪漆涂料的類型不同，固化速度有很大的差別。揮發(fā)性油漆固化快，油性漆固化慢。固化的溫度和濕度:當溫度過低時，溶劑揮發(fā)和反應時間慢，漆膜就難以固化;提高溫度，能加速溶劑揮發(fā)和水分蒸發(fā)，加速涂層氧化反應和熱化學反應，涂層固化速度加快。但不能無限度地提高溫度，因為溫度與固化速度不是成正比的關系。固化溫度過高時，固化速度沒有明顯地提高，反而會使漆膜發(fā)黃或色澤變暗。空氣中的濕度在45%-60%比較適合涂料的固化。濕度過大，涂層中的水分蒸發(fā)速度降低，溶劑揮發(fā)速度變慢，因而會減慢涂層的固化速度。環(huán)氧砂漿地坪漆涂層的厚度:

基面處理
1，為使地坪涂料的施工達到良好效果，對于尚未找平的地面，施工前應首先施工水泥找平以進行找平處理。土建方找平時，在水泥初凝時，用專業(yè)地面機械對地面進行磨平處理。經(jīng)過基層處理再涂裝的環(huán)氧涂地坪的表面會更平整、光亮，使用壽命也會提高。
2，待水泥層干燥后(大約28D)，用打磨機對地面進行整體打磨處理，使其表面平整，水泥毛細孔全部敞開。
3，對于有油污(食用油、機油)的基層，先用表面處理機噴灑于用水沖濕的地表面，反復擦洗，直到無油污為止。
4，對于堿性太大(PH>8)的基層，先用*或者稀醋酸積極性中和處理，然后用清水沖洗。
5，對于潮濕的地面，通過吸水、擦干，太陽、燈照，熱風機吹烘，使其含水率達到施工要求。

日常保養(yǎng)
養(yǎng)護
1、地坪施工完畢后需養(yǎng)護7-10天后方可投入使用，在養(yǎng)護期間，應避免水或其它溶液浸潤表面
2、凡進入車間員工必須要換成膠底鞋(不可以穿泡沫底的黑底鞋)(以免將外面的泥沙帶入車間而劃傷地面)
3、凡是硬件:如鐵椅、鐵桌、鐵貨架等，須將其腳用軟質塑料、橡膠包裹或用紙皮墊起來以免在使用過程中劃傷地面
4、拖拉機扳需充分將機板升離地面，轉彎時請?zhí)貏e注意機板角切勿刮傷地面
5、清潔地面時請用軟質吸水性好的拖把或干濕兩用吸塵器，可用清水或清潔劑清洗，但請注意地面濕滑
6、若因使用時間較長而造成磨損或刮花、小面積可進行局部修補，若面積較大則建議重新滾涂一次
7、設備進廠前，在地坪上鋪上硬紙箱墊底，以免在運輸設備過程中刮傷地面
8、推車，板車之車輪請用硬質或彈性膠輪，并廠房內外分開使用

預防
1、環(huán)氧地坪在施工前應充分攪拌均勻。
復色漆中幾種顏料的密度不同，在儲存中重質顏料逐漸下沉，輕質顏料逐漸上浮，使用時如不充分攪拌均勻，施工后會和原色不符。
2、金屬顏料應與清漆分裝。
金屬粉末顏料在儲存中，受漆中殘存游離酸的腐蝕，將會發(fā)烏變綠。
3、酸值高的涂料不宜用鐵桶包裝。
酸值較高的清漆容易與鐵質包裝桶發(fā)生化學反應冒失清漆透明度降低，顏色變深。
4、根據(jù)需要選擇涂料配方中的樹脂和顏料。
涂料中個別顏料的耐光和耐熱性不好，有些樹脂耐候性較差，遇到光易變黃。

保養(yǎng)
a、日常清掃可用柔軟掃帚或抹布清潔;
b、嚴重污染時使用中性清潔劑，用抹布水洗，然后用水清洗，充分干燥，打一層薄蠟;
c、地面濺溢有酸、堿等化學藥品時應及時用水清洗，濺溢的是調味料、油等時則用抹布擦拭;
