保存條件: Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
STAT2抗體-信號轉導和轉錄激活因子2抗體產品介紹：The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the STAT protein family. In response to cytokines and growth factors, STAT family members are phosphorylated by the receptor associated kinases, and then form homo- or heterodimers that translocate to the cell nucleus where they act as transcription activators. In response to interferon (IFN), this protein forms a complex with STAT1 and IFN regulatory factor family protein p48 (ISGF3G), in which this protein acts as a transactivator, but lacks the ability to bind DNA directly. Transcription adaptor P300/CBP (EP300/CREBBP) has been shown to interact specifically with this protein, which is thought to be involved in the process of blocking IFN-alpha response by adenovirus. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
各種HRP酶標記成抗體的效價測定程序如下（如：羊抗鼠IgG-HRP的效價測定）：
1、抗原包板：15ug/ml 小鼠IgG-pH9.6·CB液 0.1ml/孔；
2、37°C包被60min或4°C過夜；
3、PBST洗板3次，5min/次；
4、加入倍比稀釋的HRP標記抗體 0.1ml/孔；
5、37°C 30min；
6、PBST洗板5min/次×3；
7、底物液0.1ml/孔 37°C 5-10min；
8、終止液：2N H2SO4 0.05ml/孔；
9、450nm 測定OD值；
10、陽性OD值比對照值大3倍，為判斷效價稀釋度。
