保存條件: Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
Somatostatin Receptor 2抗體-*受體2抗體產品介紹：Somatostatin is a tetradecapeptide that is widely distributed in the body and is one of five receptor subtypes termed SSTr1-. These receptors function in the regulation of numerous phsiological processes such as the secretion of insulin, glucagon and growth hormone as wel as cell growth induced by neuronal excitation in both the central and peripheral nervous systems. Somatostatin receptos are activated via sonatostatin secreted by nerve and endocrine cells. Somatostatin Receptor 2 (SSR2), along with SSR1, is expressed at the highest levels in the stomach and jejunum, cerebrum and kidney, respectively.
各種HRP酶標記成抗體的效價測定程序如下（如：羊抗鼠IgG-HRP的效價測定）：
1、抗原包板：15ug/ml 小鼠IgG-pH9.6·CB液 0.1ml/孔；
2、37°C包被60min或4°C過夜；
3、PBST洗板3次，5min/次；
4、加入倍比稀釋的HRP標記抗體 0.1ml/孔；
5、37°C 30min；
6、PBST洗板5min/次×3；
7、底物液0.1ml/孔 37°C 5-10min；
8、終止液：2N H2SO4 0.05ml/孔；
9、450nm 測定OD值；
10、陽性OD值比對照值大3倍，為判斷效價稀釋度。
