保存條件: Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
Somatostatin Receptor 5抗體-*受體5抗體產品介紹：Somatostatin and its related peptide cortistatin exert multiple biological actions on normal and tumoral tissue targets by interacting with somatostatin receptors (SSTRs). The protein encoded by this gene is one of the SSTRs, which is a multi-pass membrane protein and belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family. The activity of this receptor is mediated by G proteins which inhibit adenylyl cyclase, and different regions of this receptor molecule are required for the activation of different signaling pathways. A mutation in this gene results in somatostatin analog resistance. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been identified in this gene.
各種HRP酶標記成抗體的效價測定程序如下（如：羊抗鼠IgG-HRP的效價測定）：
1、抗原包板：15ug/ml 小鼠IgG-pH9.6·CB液 0.1ml/孔；
2、37°C包被60min或4°C過夜；
3、PBST洗板3次，5min/次；
4、加入倍比稀釋的HRP標記抗體 0.1ml/孔；
5、37°C 30min；
6、PBST洗板5min/次×3；
7、底物液0.1ml/孔 37°C 5-10min；
8、終止液：2N H2SO4 0.05ml/孔；
9、450nm 測定OD值；
10、陽性OD值比對照值大3倍，為判斷效價稀釋度。
