產品介紹：The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the G-protein-coupled receptor family. This protein is a receptor for interleukin 8 (IL8). It binds to IL8 with high affinity, and transduces the signal through a G-protein activated second messenger system. This receptor also binds to chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 1 (CXCL1/MGSA), a protein with melanoma growth stimulating activity, and has been shown to be a major component required for serum-dependent melanoma cell growth. This receptor mediates neutrophil migration to sites of inflammation. The angiogenic effects of IL8 in intestinal microvascular endothelial cells are found to be mediated by this receptor. Knockout studies in mice suggested that this receptor controls the positioning of oligodendrocyte precursors in developing spinal cord by arresting their migration. This gene, IL8RA, a gene encoding another high affinity IL8 receptor, as well as IL8RBP, a pseudogene of IL8RB, form a gene cluster in a region mapped to chromosome 2q33-q36. Alternatively spliced variants, encoding the same protein, have been identified.

CXCR2抗體-細胞表面趨化因子受體2抗體保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

一、變難為易

1、減少序列長度

肽的長度增加導致粗產物純度降低，小于15個殘基的肽較容易得到.當肽鏈增加到20個以上時，正常產物的量就要考慮。在具體實踐中殘基低于20往往能得到更好的結果；

2、減少疏水殘基

疏水殘基占明顯優(yōu)勢的肽，尤其在距C端7―12個殘基的區(qū)域，會引起合成困難，一般認為由于合成中形成β折疊片，而產生不*配對。當然，可用幾個極性殘基置換，或加入Gly或Pro易打開肽結構可能會得到幫助；

3、減少“難度”殘基

有多個Cys、Met、Arg、Try殘基一般難以合成，Ser通常可作為非氧化替換。
