產品介紹：Retention of resident soluble proteins in the lumen of the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) is achieved in both yeast and animal cells by their continual retrieval from the cis-Golgi, or a pre-Golgi compartment. Sorting of these proteins is dependent on a C-terminal tetrapeptide signal, usually lys-asp-glu-leu (KDEL) in animal cells, and his-asp-glu-leu (HDEL) in S. cerevisiae. This process is mediated by a receptor that recognizes, and binds the tetrapeptide-containing protein, and returns it to the ER. In yeast, the sorting receptor encoded by a single gene, ERD2, which is a seven-transmembrane protein. Unlike yeast, several human homologs of the ERD2 gene, constituting the KDEL receptor gene family, have been described. The protein encoded by this gene was the first member of the family to be identified, and it encodes a protein structurally and functionally similar to the yeast ERD2 gene product.

KDEL Receptor抗體-KDEL受體抗體保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

1、為什么帶出現拖尾現象？
原因：主要是樣品融解效果不佳或分離膠濃度過大引起的；
處理辦法：加樣前離心，選擇適當的樣品緩沖液，加適量樣品促溶劑；電泳緩沖液時間過長，重新配制;降低凝膠濃度。
2、為什么帶出現紋理現象？
原因：主要是樣品不溶性顆粒引起的；
處理辦法：加樣前離心，加適量樣品促溶劑。
3、為什么電泳的條帶很粗？
原因：電泳中條帶很粗是常見的事，主要是未濃縮好的原因；
處理辦法：適當增加濃縮膠的長度，保證濃縮膠貯液的pH正確（6.7），適當降低電壓。
