產(chǎn)品介紹：RSL1D1, also known as CATX-11, PBK1, L12 or CSIG, is a 490 amino acid nuclear protein that belongs to the ribosomal protein L1P family. Expressed in placenta, RSL1D1 contains many phosphorylated amino acid residues and is encoded by a gene that maps to human chromosome 16p13.13. Chromosome 16 encodes over 900 genes in approximay 90 million base pairs, makes up nearly 3% of human cellular DNA and is associated with a variety of genetic disorders. The GAN gene is located on chromosome 16 and, with mutation, may lead to giant axonal neuropathy, a nervous system disorder characterized by increasing malfunction with growth. The rare disorder Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome is also associated with chromosome 16, though through the CREBBP gene which encodes a critical CREB binding protein. Signs of Rubinstein-Taybi include mental retardation and predisposition to tumor growth and white blood cell neoplasias.

RSL1D1抗體-細(xì)胞衰老抑制基因抗體保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

RSL1D1抗體-細(xì)胞衰老抑制基因抗體實驗中出現(xiàn)的問題及處理辦法
1、為什么帶出現(xiàn)拖尾現(xiàn)象？
原因：主要是樣品融解效果不佳或分離膠濃度過大引起的；
處理辦法：加樣前離心，選擇適當(dāng)?shù)臉悠肪彌_液，加適量樣品促溶劑；電泳緩沖液時間過長，重新配制;降低凝膠濃度。
2、為什么帶出現(xiàn)紋理現(xiàn)象？
原因：主要是樣品不溶性顆粒引起的；
處理辦法：加樣前離心，加適量樣品促溶劑。
3、為什么電泳的條帶很粗？
原因：電泳中條帶很粗是常見的事，主要是未濃縮好的原因；
處理辦法：適當(dāng)增加濃縮膠的長度，保證濃縮膠貯液的pH正確（6.7），適當(dāng)降低電壓。
