Phospho-EGFR (Ser991)抗體-磷酸化表皮生長因子受體抗體抗原修復（免疫組化石蠟切片）

用于福爾馬林固定的石蠟包埋組織芯片需要抗原修復。

福爾馬林固定的組織有可能破壞了原來組織的抗原結構，蛋白多肽發生交聯，導致部分抗原表位封閉，結合位點減少，所以需要抗原修復，以暴露原來的抗原表位，達到充分顯露抗原，以不出現明顯脫片現象為佳。

Phospho-EGFR (Ser991)抗體-磷酸化表皮生長因子受體抗體產品介紹：The protein encoded by this gene is a transmembrane glycoprotein that is a member of the protein kinase superfamily. This protein is a receptor for members of the epidermal growth factor family. EGFR is a cell surface protein that binds to epidermal growth factor. Binding of the protein to a ligand induces receptor dimerization and tyrosine autophosphorylation and leads to cell proliferation. Mutations in this gene are associated with lung cancer. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants that encode different protein isoforms have been found for this gene.
