phospho-hnRNP K抗體-磷酸化異質(zhì)核糖核蛋白K抗體產(chǎn)品介紹：This gene belongs to the subfamily of ubiquitously expressed heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins (hnRNPs). The hnRNPs are RNA binding proteins and they complex with heterogeneous nuclear RNA (hnRNA). These proteins are associated with pre-mRNAs in the nucleus and appear to influence pre-mRNA processing and other aspects of mRNA metabolism and transport. While all of the hnRNPs are present in the nucleus, some seem to shuttle between the nucleus and the cytoplasm. The hnRNP proteins have distinct nucleic acid binding properties. The protein encoded by this gene is located in the nucleoplasm and has three repeats of KH domains that binds to RNAs. It is distinct among other hnRNP proteins in its binding preference; it binds tenaciously to poly(C). This protein is also thought to have a role during cell cycle progession. Several alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described for this gene, however, not all of them are fully characterized.

抗原抗體反應(yīng)
一、抗原抗體反應(yīng)特點(diǎn)
1.高度特異性，特異性是抗原抗體反應(yīng)的zui主要特征，特定抗原決定簇只與特定抗體結(jié)合；
2.可逆性:抗原與抗體結(jié)合形成抗原抗體復(fù)合物的過程是一種動(dòng)態(tài)平衡, 其反應(yīng)式為：Ag+AbAg·Ab；
3.適當(dāng)濃度和比例；
4.敏感性:在測定血清中某一物質(zhì)的含量時(shí)，化學(xué)比色法的敏感度為mg/ml水平，酶反應(yīng)測定法的敏感度約為5~10μg/ml，免疫測定中凝膠擴(kuò)散法的敏感度與酶反應(yīng)法相仿。
二、影響抗原抗體反應(yīng)的因素
1.電解質(zhì) ：抗原抗體特異結(jié)合后，膠體粒便可發(fā)生脫水作用，此時(shí)易受電解質(zhì)影響，如有適當(dāng)濃度的電解質(zhì)存在就會使它們失去部分負(fù)電荷而相互凝聚，于是出現(xiàn)明顯的凝集或沉淀現(xiàn)象。
2.酸堿度:合適的pH為6-8。
3.溫度:37℃通常是抗原體反應(yīng)zui適溫度。
