At crime scenes, it is essential that the sample collection device prevents microbial contamination while preserving nucleic acid integrity. The unique 4N6FLOQSwabs™ for Crime Scene product line is specifically designed for sample collection of sweat, semen, blood stains, skin, and environmental trace evidence found at the crime scene. 4N6FLOQSwabs™ for Crime Scene feature short Nylon™ fibers that are arranged in a perpendicular fashion to create a highly absorbent thin layer with an open structure to facilitate sample elution. 4N6FLOQSwabs™ for Crime Scene (Subungual Tip, Tube) have subungual-shape tips to improve collection under subject’s nails. Each swab is packaged in a plastic tube to guarantee swab integrity and avoid risks of sample contamination during transport.
