保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

英文介紹：The 26S proteasome is a multicatalytic proteinase complex with a highly ordered structure composed of 2 complexes, a 20S core and a 19S regulator. The 20S core is composed of 4 rings of 28 non-identical subunits; 2 rings are composed of 7 alpha subunits and 2 rings are composed of 7 beta subunits. The 19S regulator is composed of a base, which contains 6 ATPase subunits and 2 non-ATPase subunits, and a lid, which contains up to 10 non-ATPase subunits. Proteasomes are distributed throughout eukaryotic cells at a high concentration and cleave peptides in an ATP/ubiquitin-dependent process in a non-lysosomal pathway. An essential function of a modified proteasome, the immunoproteasome, is the processing of class I MHC peptides. Proteasome 26S S10 is a non-ATPase subunit of the 19S regulator. It acts as a regulatory subunit of the 26S proteasome which is involved in the ATP-dependent degradation of ubiquitinated proteins. Two transcripts encoding different isoforms have been described. Pseudogenes have been identified on chromosomes 3 and 20.

Anti-PSMD6抗體,蛋白酶調(diào)解因子10抗體二抗孵育(Secondary antibody inucubation):
參考二抗的說明書，按照適當(dāng)比例用Western二抗稀釋液稀釋辣根過氧化物酶(HRP)標(biāo)記的二抗。
用微型臺式真空泵吸盡洗滌液，立即加入稀釋好的二抗，室溫或4℃在側(cè)擺搖床上緩慢搖動孵育一小時?；厥斩?，加入Western洗滌液，在側(cè)擺搖床上緩慢搖動洗滌5-10分鐘。吸盡洗滌液后，再加入洗滌液，洗滌5-10分鐘。共洗滌3次。如果結(jié)果背景較高可以適當(dāng)延長洗滌時間并增加洗滌次數(shù)。
