Anti-CBL2抗體,原癌基因CBL2抗體二抗孵育(Secondary antibody inucubation):

參考二抗的說明書，按照適當比例用Western二抗稀釋液稀釋辣根過氧化物酶(HRP)標記的二抗。
用微型臺式真空泵吸盡洗滌液，立即加入稀釋好的二抗，室溫或4℃在側擺搖床上緩慢搖動孵育一小時。回收二抗，加入Western洗滌液，在側擺搖床上緩慢搖動洗滌5-10分鐘。吸盡洗滌液后，再加入洗滌液，洗滌5-10分鐘。共洗滌3次。如果結果背景較高可以適當延長洗滌時間并增加洗滌次數。

英文介紹：This gene is a proto-oncogene that encodes a RING finger E3 ubiquitin ligase. The encoded protein is one of the enzymes required for targeting substrates for degradation by the proteasome. This protein mediates the transfer of ubiquitin from ubiquitin conjugating enzymes (E2) to specific substrates. This protein also contains an N-terminal phosphotyrosine binding domain that allows it to interact with numerous tyrosine-phosphorylated substrates and target them for proteasome degradation. As such it functions as a negative regulator of many signal transduction pathways. This gene has been found to be mutated or translocated in many cancers including acute myeloid leukaemia. Mutations in this gene are also the cause of Noonan syndrome-like disorder.

保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
