保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

英文介紹：Histones are basic nuclear proteins that are responsible for the nucleosome structure of the chromosomal fiber in eukaryotes. Nucleosomes consist of approximay 146 bp of DNA wrapped around a histone octamer composed of pairs of each of the four core histones (H2A, H2B, H3, and H4). The chromatin fiber is further compacted through the interaction of a linker histone, H1, with the DNA between the nucleosomes to form higher order chromatin structures. This gene is intronless and encodes a member of the histone H4 family. Transcripts from this gene lack polyA tails; instead, they contain a palindromic termination element.

Anti-Histone H4抗體,組蛋白H4抗體收集蛋白樣品(Protein sample preparation):

可以使用適當的裂解液裂解貼壁細胞、懸浮細胞或組織樣品。對于某些特定的亞細胞組份蛋白，例如細胞核蛋白、細胞漿蛋白、線粒體蛋白等，可以參考相關文獻提取這些亞細胞組份蛋白，也可以使用試劑盒進行抽提。
