保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

英文介紹：This gene encodes a member of the cytochrome P450 superfamily of enzymes. The cytochrome P450 proteins are monooxygenases which catalyze many reactions involved in drug metabolism and synthesis of cholesterol, steroids and other lipids. This mitochondrial protein oxidizes cholesterol intermediates as part of the bile synthesis pathway. Since the conversion of cholesterol to bile acids is the major route for removing cholesterol from the body, this protein is important for overall cholesterol homeostasis. Mutations in this gene cause cerebrotendinous xanthomatosis, a rare autosomal recessive lipid storage disease.

Anti-CYP27A1抗體,*27α羥化酶抗體抗體溶解方法及分裝：

1、購買抗體后，查看標簽上的規格，如：0.1ml、0.2ml
2、以規格為 0.1ml 的凍干粉抗體為例（部分抗體為液體，無需再溶解）：
溶解方法一：用移液器加 0.1ml 雙蒸水到試管內，混勻，-20℃保存，若為其它規格（如：0.2ml）的凍干粉抗體，則加與標簽上規格*的（如：0.2ml）雙蒸水溶解，
混勻，-20℃保存。
溶解方法二：用移液器加 0.05ml（規格的 50%）雙蒸水到試管內，再加 0.05ml（規格的 50%）
的甘油到試管內，混勻，-20℃保存，若為其它規格（如：0.2ml）的凍干粉抗體，則加標簽上規格的 50%（如：0.1ml）雙蒸水，再加
標簽上規格的 50%（如：0.1ml）甘油溶解，混勻，-20℃保存。
抗體溶解后，將其分裝成 5-10 支（以 0.1ml 抗體為例，20ulx5 支或 10ulx10 支）， -20℃保存，用
一支取一支，避免反復凍溶。
另：預試驗可做幾個梯度 1：100、1：200、1：400 稀釋，如果背景高，還可再稀釋，選一個zui
佳的稀釋比例，再正式做，效果。
