保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

英文介紹：CAPD2 is a regulatory subunit of the condensin complex, a complex required for conversion of interphase chromatin into mitotic-like condensed chromosomes. The condensin complex probably introduces positive supercoils into relaxed DNA in the presence of type I topoisomerases and converts nicked DNA into positive knotted forms in the presence of type II topoisomerases. It may target the condensin complex to DNA via its C-terminal domain (referenced from Swissprot).

Anti-CAPD2抗體,染色體相關(guān)蛋白2抗體二抗孵育(Secondary antibody inucubation)

參考二抗的說(shuō)明書，按照適當(dāng)比例用Western二抗稀釋液稀釋辣根過(guò)氧化物酶(HRP)標(biāo)記的二抗。
用微型臺(tái)式真空泵吸盡洗滌液，立即加入稀釋好的二抗，室溫或4℃在側(cè)擺搖床上緩慢搖動(dòng)孵育一小時(shí)。回收二抗，加入Western洗滌液，在側(cè)擺搖床上緩慢搖動(dòng)洗滌5-10分鐘。吸盡洗滌液后，再加入洗滌液，洗滌5-10分鐘。共洗滌3次。如果結(jié)果背景較高可以適當(dāng)延長(zhǎng)洗滌時(shí)間并增加洗滌次數(shù)。
