保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

英文介紹：Involved in the transport of antigens from the cytoplasm to the endoplasmic reticulum for association with MHC class I molecules. Also acts as a molecular scaffold for the final stage of MHC class I folding, namely the binding of peptide. Nascent MHC class I molecules associate with TAP via tapasin. Inhibited by the covalent attachment of herpes simplex virus ICP47 protein, which blocks the peptide-binding site of TAP. Inhibited by human cytomegalovirus US6 glycoprotein, which binds to the lumenal side of the TAP complex and inhibits peptide translocation by specifically blocking ATP-binding to TAP1 and prevents the conformational rearrangement of TAP induced by peptide binding. Inhibited by human adenovirus E3-19K glycoprotein, which binds the TAP complex and acts as a tapasin inhibitor, preventing MHC class I/TAP association. Expression of TAP1 is down-regulated by human Epstein-Barr virus vIL-10 protein, thereby affecting the transport of peptides into the endoplasmic reticulum and subsequent peptide loading by MHC class I molecules.

Anti-HLA Class 1 ABC/HLA ABC抗體,人類白細胞抗原A抗體抗體溶解方法及分裝：
1、購買抗體后，查看標簽上的規格，如：0.1ml、0.2ml
2、以規格為 0.1ml 的凍干粉抗體為例（部分抗體為液體，無需再溶解）：
溶解方法一：用移液器加 0.1ml 雙蒸水到試管內，混勻，-20℃保存，若為其它規格（如：0.2ml）的凍干粉抗體，則加與標簽上規格*的（如：0.2ml）雙蒸水溶解，
混勻，-20℃保存。
溶解方法二：用移液器加 0.05ml（規格的 50%）雙蒸水到試管內，再加 0.05ml（規格的 50%）
的甘油到試管內，混勻，-20℃保存，若為其它規格（如：0.2ml）的凍干粉抗體，則加標簽上規格的 50%（如：0.1ml）雙蒸水，再加
標簽上規格的 50%（如：0.1ml）甘油溶解，混勻，-20℃保存。
抗體溶解后，將其分裝成 5-10 支（以 0.1ml 抗體為例，20ulx5 支或 10ulx10 支）， -20℃保存，用
一支取一支，避免反復凍溶。
另：預試驗可做幾個梯度 1：100、1：200、1：400 稀釋，如果背景高，還可再稀釋，選一個zui
佳的稀釋比例，再正式做，效果。
