保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

英文介紹：This gene product belongs to the family of glutathione peroxidase, which functions in the detoxification of hydrogen peroxide. It contains a selenocysteine (Sec) residue at its active site. The selenocysteine is encoded by the UGA codon, which normally signals translation termination. The 3' UTR of Sec-containing genes have a common stem-loop structure, the sec insertion sequence (SECIS), which is necessary for the recognition of UGA as a Sec codon rather than as a stop signal.

Anti-GPX1抗體,*過氧化酶1轉膜(Transfer)

我們*在Western實驗中選用PVDF膜。硝酸纖維素膜(NC膜)或PVDF膜（二氟化樹脂膜膜孔徑：0.45um)也可以使用，但硝酸纖維素膜比較脆，在操作過程中特別是用鑷子夾取等過程中容易裂開。膜的使用請參考生產商的*使用步驟。
通常如果使用Bio-Rad的標準濕式轉膜裝置，可以設定轉膜電壓120V，轉膜時間為30-60分鐘。具體的轉膜時間要根據目的蛋白的大小而定，目的蛋白的分子量越大，需要的轉膜時間越長，目的蛋白的分子量越小，需要的轉膜時間越短。
在轉膜過程中，特別是高電流快速轉膜時，通常會有非常嚴重的發熱現象，把轉膜槽放置在冰浴中進行轉膜。轉膜的效果可以觀察所使用的預染蛋白質分子量標準，通常分子量zui大的1-2條帶較難全部轉到膜上。轉膜的效果也可以用麗春紅染色液對膜進行染色，以觀察實際的轉膜效果。也可以用考馬斯亮藍快速染色液對完成轉膜的SDS-PAGE膠進行染色，以觀察蛋白的殘留情況。
