保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

英文介紹：PSAP is a highly conserved glycoprotein which is a precursor for 4 cleavage products: saposins A, B, C, and D, which are similar to each other and are sphingolipid hydrolase activator proteins. Each domain of the precursor protein is approximay 80 amino acid residues long with nearly identical placement of cysteine residues and glycosylation sites. Saposins A-D localize primarily to the lysosomal compartment where they facilitate the catabolism of glycosphingolipids with short oligosaccharide groups. The precursor protein exists both as a secretory protein and as an integral membrane protein and has neurotrophic activities. Mutations in PSAP gene have been associated with Gaucher disease, Tay-Sachs disease, and metachromatic leukodystrophy.

Anti-PSAP抗體,鞘脂激活蛋白原抗體封閉(Blocking):

轉(zhuǎn)膜完畢后，立即把蛋白膜放置到預(yù)先準(zhǔn)備好的Western洗滌液中，漂洗1-2分鐘，以洗去膜上的轉(zhuǎn)膜液。從轉(zhuǎn)膜完畢后所有的步驟，一定要注意膜的保濕，避免膜的干燥，否則極易產(chǎn)生較高的背景。
用微型臺(tái)式真空泵吸盡洗滌液，加入Western封閉液，在搖床上緩慢搖動(dòng),室溫封閉60分鐘。對(duì)于一些背景較高的抗體，可以在4℃ 封閉過(guò)夜。
