保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

英文介紹：IL33 is a cytokine which belongs to the IL-1 superfamily, and it induces helper T cells to produce type 2 cytokines. This cytokine was previously named NF-HEV 'nuclear factor (NF) in high endothelial venules' (HEVs), as it was originally identified in these specialized cells.
IL33 mediates its biological effects by interacting with the receptors ST2 and IL-1 Receptor Accessory Protein, activating intracellular molecules in the NF-kappaB and MAP kinase signaling pathways that drive production of type 2 cytokines (e.g. IL-4, IL-5 and IL-13) from polarized Th2 cells. The induction of type 2 cytokines by IL-33 in vivo is believed to induce the the severe pathological changes observed in mucosal organs following administration of IL33.

Anti-IL33抗體,白介素33抗體說明書二抗孵育(Secondary antibody inucubation)

參考二抗的說明書，按照適當(dāng)比例用Western二抗稀釋液稀釋辣根過氧化物酶(HRP)標(biāo)記的二抗。
用微型臺式真空泵吸盡洗滌液，立即加入稀釋好的二抗，室溫或4℃在側(cè)擺搖床上緩慢搖動孵育一小時。回收二抗，加入Western洗滌液，在側(cè)擺搖床上緩慢搖動洗滌5-10分鐘。吸盡洗滌液后，再加入洗滌液，洗滌5-10分鐘。共洗滌3次。如果結(jié)果背景較高可以適當(dāng)延長洗滌時間并增加洗滌次數(shù)。
