保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

英文介紹：This gene encodes the large subunit of DNA damage-binding protein which is a heterodimer composed of a large and a small subunit. This protein functions in nucleotide-excision repair. Its defective activity causes the repair defect in the patients with xeroderma pigmentosum complementation group E (XPE). However, it remains for mutation analysis to demonstrate whether the defect in XPE patients is in this gene or the gene encoding the small subunit. In addition, Best viliform mascular dystrophy is mapped to the same region as this gene on 11q, but no sequence alternations of this gene are demonstrated in Best disease patients.

Anti-DDB1抗體,DNA損傷結(jié)合蛋白1抗體二抗孵育(Secondary antibody inucubation)

參考二抗的說明書，按照適當(dāng)比例用Western二抗稀釋液稀釋辣根過氧化物酶(HRP)標(biāo)記的二抗。
用微型臺式真空泵吸盡洗滌液，立即加入稀釋好的二抗，室溫或4℃在側(cè)擺搖床上緩慢搖動孵育一小時(shí)?；厥斩?，加入Western洗滌液，在側(cè)擺搖床上緩慢搖動洗滌5-10分鐘。吸盡洗滌液后，再加入洗滌液，洗滌5-10分鐘。共洗滌3次。如果結(jié)果背景較高可以適當(dāng)延長洗滌時(shí)間并增加洗滌次數(shù)。
