保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Anti-BNP抗體,腦鈉素抗體電泳(Electrophoresis):

（1）、SDS-PAGE凝膠配制
SDS-PAGE凝膠可以參考一些文獻(xiàn)資料進(jìn)行配制，也可以使用博研生物生產(chǎn)的SDS-PAGE凝膠配制試劑盒。該試劑盒提供了除水和配膠器具外的所有試劑以及配制各種濃度SDS-PAGE的配方。
（2）、樣品處理
在收集的蛋白樣品中加入適量濃縮的SDS-PAGE蛋白上樣緩沖液。例如2X或5X的SDS-PAGE蛋白上樣緩沖液。使用5X的SDS-PAGE蛋白上樣緩沖液可以減小上樣體積，在相同體積的上樣孔內(nèi)可以上樣更多的蛋白樣品。5X的SDS-PAGE蛋白上樣緩沖液可以參考相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料配制，也可以使用我公司生產(chǎn)的SDS-PAGE蛋白上樣緩沖液(5X) 。100℃或沸水浴加熱3-5分鐘，以充分變性蛋白。
（3）、上樣與電泳
冷卻到室溫后，把蛋白樣品直接上樣到SDS-PAGE膠加樣孔內(nèi)即可。為了便于觀察電泳效果和轉(zhuǎn)膜效果，以及判斷蛋白分子量大小，使用預(yù)染蛋白質(zhì)分子量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
電泳時(shí)通常*在上層膠時(shí)使用低電壓恒壓電泳，而在溴酚藍(lán)進(jìn)入下層膠時(shí)使用高電壓恒壓電泳。對于Bio-Rad的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電泳裝置或類似電泳裝置，低電壓可以設(shè)置在80-100V，高電壓可以設(shè)置在120V左右。SDS-PAGE可以采用普通的電泳儀就可以滿足要求。為了電泳方便起見，也可以采用整個(gè)SDS-PAGE過程恒壓的方式，通常把電壓設(shè)置在100V，然后設(shè)定定時(shí)時(shí)間為90－120分鐘。設(shè)置定時(shí)可以避免經(jīng)常發(fā)生的電泳過頭。
通常電泳時(shí)溴酚藍(lán)到達(dá)膠的底端處附近即可停止電泳，或者可以根據(jù)預(yù)染蛋白質(zhì)分子量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的電泳情況，預(yù)計(jì)目的蛋白已經(jīng)被適當(dāng)分離后即可停止電泳。

英文介紹：Brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) circulates in blood as a peptide hormone with natriuretic, vasodilatory and renin inhibitory properties. BNP is secreted predominantly by the left ventricular myocytes in response to volume expansion and pressure overload. BNP belongs to a family of structurally similar peptide hormones, which includes atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP), BNP, C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) and urodilatin. These peptides are characterized by a common 17 amino acid ring structure with a disulfide bond between two cystein residues. This ring structure shows high homology between different natriuretic peptides (eleven of the 17 amino acid residues are homologous in the ring of each of the natriuretic peptides). BNP is a 32 amino acid peptide with disulfide bond between the cysteine residues Cys10 and Cys26. In earlier studies it has been demonstrated that BNP concentration in blood increases with the severity of congestive heart failure. Quantitative measurement of BNP in blood provides an objective indicator of congestive heart failure severity
