Anti-CRTC3抗體,CREB調(diào)節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)錄激活因子3抗體抗體溶解方法及分裝：

1、購買抗體后，查看標(biāo)簽上的規(guī)格，如：0.1ml、0.2ml
2、以規(guī)格為 0.1ml 的凍干粉抗體為例（部分抗體為液體，無需再溶解）：
溶解方法一：用移液器加 0.1ml 雙蒸水到試管內(nèi)，混勻，-20℃保存，若為其它規(guī)格（如：0.2ml）的凍干粉抗體，則加與標(biāo)簽上規(guī)格*的（如：0.2ml）雙蒸水溶解，
混勻，-20℃保存。
溶解方法二：用移液器加 0.05ml（規(guī)格的 50%）雙蒸水到試管內(nèi)，再加 0.05ml（規(guī)格的 50%）
的甘油到試管內(nèi)，混勻，-20℃保存，若為其它規(guī)格（如：0.2ml）的凍干粉抗體，則加標(biāo)簽上規(guī)格的 50%（如：0.1ml）雙蒸水，再加
標(biāo)簽上規(guī)格的 50%（如：0.1ml）甘油溶解，混勻，-20℃保存。
抗體溶解后，將其分裝成 5-10 支（以 0.1ml 抗體為例，20ulx5 支或 10ulx10 支）， -20℃保存，用
一支取一支，避免反復(fù)凍溶。
另：預(yù)試驗(yàn)可做幾個(gè)梯度 1：100、1：200、1：400 稀釋，如果背景高，還可再稀釋，選一個(gè)zui
佳的稀釋比例，再正式做，效果。

保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

英文介紹：TORC3 is a 619 amino acid protein that localizes to both the cytoplasm and the nucleus and belongs to the TORC family. Expressed in lung tissue and B and T lymphocytes, as well as in colon, brain, ovary, kidney, prostate, colon and heart, TORC3 functions as a transcriptional coactivator for CREB-1, thereby regulating the expression of CREB-activated genes, and is also thought to activate the SIK/TORC signaling pathway. TORC3 exists as multiple alternatively spliced isoforms and, in addition to its role in transcriptional activation, is thought to induce mitochondrial biogenesis, specifically in muscle cells.
