英文介紹：CYB5R3 is a 301 amino acid protein encoded by the human gene CYB5R3. CYB5R3 belongs to the flavoprotein pyridine nucleotide cytochrome reductase family and has two naturally occuring isoforms. Isoform 1 is anchored to the cytoplasmic side of the endoplasmic reticulum membrane and mitochondrion outer membrane, while isoform 2 is the soluble form found in erythrocytes. CYB5R3 is involved in the desaturation and elongation of fatty acids, cholesterol biosynthesis, drug metabolism and, in erythrocytes, methemoglobin reduction. A serine residue at position 117 seems to only be found in persons of African origin. The allele frequency is 0.23 in African Americans. It is not found in Caucasians, Asians, Indo-Aryans or Arabs. This difference seems to have no effect on the enzyme activity. Defects in CYB5R3 are the cause of hereditary methemoglobinemia (HM). There are three forms of this disease: type 1 (HM1), in which the enzyme is only deficient in erythrocytes with a mild cyanosis; type 2 (HM2), in which the enzyme is compley deficient; and type 3 (HM3), where the deficiency is seen in all blood cells. Type 2 is a severe form accompanied by mental retardation and neurological impairment.

Anti-CYB5R3抗體,細胞色素b5還原酶3抗體抗體溶解方法及分裝：

1、購買抗體后，查看標簽上的規(guī)格，如：0.1ml、0.2ml
2、以規(guī)格為 0.1ml 的凍干粉抗體為例（部分抗體為液體，無需再溶解）：
溶解方法一：用移液器加 0.1ml 雙蒸水到試管內(nèi)，混勻，-20℃保存，若為其它規(guī)格（如：0.2ml）的凍干粉抗體，則加與標簽上規(guī)格*的（如：0.2ml）雙蒸水溶解，
混勻，-20℃保存。
溶解方法二：用移液器加 0.05ml（規(guī)格的 50%）雙蒸水到試管內(nèi)，再加 0.05ml（規(guī)格的 50%）
的甘油到試管內(nèi)，混勻，-20℃保存，若為其它規(guī)格（如：0.2ml）的凍干粉抗體，則加標簽上規(guī)格的 50%（如：0.1ml）雙蒸水，再加
標簽上規(guī)格的 50%（如：0.1ml）甘油溶解，混勻，-20℃保存。
抗體溶解后，將其分裝成 5-10 支（以 0.1ml 抗體為例，20ulx5 支或 10ulx10 支）， -20℃保存，用
一支取一支，避免反復凍溶。
另：預試驗可做幾個梯度 1：100、1：200、1：400 稀釋，如果背景高，還可再稀釋，選一個zui
佳的稀釋比例，再正式做，效果。

保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
