Anti-CEP104抗體,中心體蛋白104抗體抗體溶解方法及分裝：

1、購買抗體后，查看標(biāo)簽上的規(guī)格，如：0.1ml、0.2ml
2、以規(guī)格為 0.1ml 的凍干粉抗體為例（部分抗體為液體，無需再溶解）：
溶解方法一：用移液器加 0.1ml 雙蒸水到試管內(nèi)，混勻，-20℃保存，若為其它規(guī)格（如：0.2ml）的凍干粉抗體，則加與標(biāo)簽上規(guī)格*的（如：0.2ml）雙蒸水溶解，
混勻，-20℃保存。
溶解方法二：用移液器加 0.05ml（規(guī)格的 50%）雙蒸水到試管內(nèi)，再加 0.05ml（規(guī)格的 50%）
的甘油到試管內(nèi)，混勻，-20℃保存，若為其它規(guī)格（如：0.2ml）的凍干粉抗體，則加標(biāo)簽上規(guī)格的 50%（如：0.1ml）雙蒸水，再加
標(biāo)簽上規(guī)格的 50%（如：0.1ml）甘油溶解，混勻，-20℃保存。
抗體溶解后，將其分裝成 5-10 支（以 0.1ml 抗體為例，20ulx5 支或 10ulx10 支）， -20℃保存，用
一支取一支，避免反復(fù)凍溶。
另：預(yù)試驗可做幾個梯度 1：100、1：200、1：400 稀釋，如果背景高，還可再稀釋，選一個zui
佳的稀釋比例，再正式做，效果。

保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

英文介紹：Chromosome 1 is the largest human chromosome spanning about 260 million base pairs and making up 8% of the human genome. There are about 3,000 genes on chromosome 1, and considering the great number of genes there are also a large number of diseases associated with chromosome 1. Notably, the rare aging disease Hutchinson-Gilford progeria is associated with the LMNA gene which encodes lamin A. When defective, the LMNA gene product can build up in the nucleus and cause characteristic nuclear blebs. The mechanism of rapidly enhanced aging is unclear and is a topic of continuing exploration. The MUTYH gene is located on chromosome 1 and is partially responsible for familial adenomatous polyposis. Stickler syndrome, Parkinsons, Gaucher disease and Usher syndrome are also associated with chromosome 1. A breakpoint has been identified in 1q which disrupts the DISC1 gene and is linked to schizophrenia. Aberrations in chromosome 1 are found in a variety of cancers including head and neck cancer, malignant melanoma and multiple myeloma. The KIAA0562 gene product has been provisionally designated KIAA0562 pending further characterization.
