英文介紹：Clostridium difficile Toxin B (tcdB or ToxB) is a glucosyltranferase which is known to innactivate Rho, Cdc42 and Rac within target cells. This toxin is encoded on a pathogenicity region of the C. difficile chromossome and is expressed during the log and stationary phases of growth in response to a variety of environmental stimuli.

保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

1 脫蠟和水化：脫蠟前應(yīng)將組織芯片在室溫中放置60分鐘或60℃恒溫箱中烘烤20分鐘。 a 組織芯片置于二甲苯中浸泡10分鐘,更換二甲苯后在浸泡10分鐘
b 無(wú)水乙醇中浸泡五分鐘
c 95%乙醇中浸泡五分鐘
d 75%乙醇中浸泡五分鐘
2 抗原修復(fù)：用于福爾馬林固定的石蠟包埋組織芯片：
A 抗原熱修復(fù)
a 高壓熱修復(fù) 在沸水中加入EDTA（ph8.0）或0.01m*緩沖溶液（ph6.0）.蓋上不銹鋼鍋蓋，但不能鎖定。將玻片置于金屬染色加上，緩慢加壓，是玻片在緩沖液中浸泡五分鐘，然后將蓋子鎖定，小閥門將會(huì)升起來(lái)。10分鐘后除去熱源，置入涼水中，當(dāng)小閥門沉下去后打開蓋子。此方法適用于較難檢測(cè)或核抗原的抗原修復(fù)。
b 沸熱修復(fù) 電爐或水浴鍋加熱0.01*緩沖液（ph6.0）至95℃左右，放入組織芯片加熱10-15分鐘。
C 微波爐加熱 在微波爐里加熱0.01*緩沖液（ph6.0）至沸騰后將組織芯片放入，斷電，間隔5-10分鐘，反復(fù)1-2次。適用的抗原：
Bcl-2.Bax.AR.PR.C-fos.x-jum.z-kit.c-myc.E-cadherin.
ChromograninA.Cyclin.ER.Heatshock.Protein.HPV.Ki-67.MDMZ.P53.P34.P15.P-glycoprotein.PKC.PCNA.ras.Rb.等
B 酶消化方法 
常用0.1%*和0.4%*液。*使用前預(yù)熱37℃，消化時(shí)間約為5-30分鐘。適用于被固定遮蔽的抗原：包括 Collagen.GFAP.
