英文介紹：The Tensin (Tns) family of proteins is involved in the maintenance of cellular structure by anchoring Actin filaments at the focal adhesion via F-Actin binding and capping activities. Tns proteins contain a Src homology 2 (SH2) domain and have the ability to be phosphorylated, suggesting an additional role in signal transduction cascades. These diverse characteristics indicate that Tns proteins may be important links between the cytoskeleton and signal transduction pathways. Tns4 is a 715 amino acid protein that localizes to focal adhesions and contains one SH2 domain and one phosphatase tensin-type domain. Expressed in placenta and prostate, Tns4 binds to Actin filaments and is thought to be involved in cartilage development, cell migration and apoptosis, and may also play a role in linking signal transduction pathways to the cytoskeleton. Tns4 is subject to post-translational phosphorylation and is down-regulated in prostate cancer cells, suggesting a role in tumor suppression

保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

1 脫蠟和水化：脫蠟前應將組織芯片在室溫中放置60分鐘或60℃恒溫箱中烘烤20分鐘。 a 組織芯片置于二甲苯中浸泡10分鐘,更換二甲苯后在浸泡10分鐘
b 無水乙醇中浸泡五分鐘
c 95%乙醇中浸泡五分鐘
d 75%乙醇中浸泡五分鐘
2 抗原修復：用于福爾馬林固定的石蠟包埋組織芯片：
A 抗原熱修復
a 高壓熱修復 在沸水中加入EDTA（ph8.0）或0.01m*緩沖溶液（ph6.0）.蓋上不銹鋼鍋蓋，但不能鎖定。將玻片置于金屬染色加上，緩慢加壓，是玻片在緩沖液中浸泡五分鐘，然后將蓋子鎖定，小閥門將會升起來。10分鐘后除去熱源，置入涼水中，當小閥門沉下去后打開蓋子。此方法適用于較難檢測或核抗原的抗原修復。
b 沸熱修復 電爐或水浴鍋加熱0.01*緩沖液（ph6.0）至95℃左右，放入組織芯片加熱10-15分鐘。
C 微波爐加熱 在微波爐里加熱0.01*緩沖液（ph6.0）至沸騰后將組織芯片放入，斷電，間隔5-10分鐘，反復1-2次。適用的抗原：
Bcl-2.Bax.AR.PR.C-fos.x-jum.z-kit.c-myc.E-cadherin.
ChromograninA.Cyclin.ER.Heatshock.Protein.HPV.Ki-67.MDMZ.P53.P34.P15.P-glycoprotein.PKC.PCNA.ras.Rb.等
B 酶消化方法 
常用0.1%*和0.4%*液。*使用前預熱37℃，消化時間約為5-30分鐘。適用于被固定遮蔽的抗原：包括 Collagen.GFAP.
