英文介紹：The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the keratin gene family. The keratins are intermediate filament proteins responsible for the structural integrity of epithelial cells and are subdivided into cytokeratins and hair keratins. Most of the type I cytokeratins consist of acidic proteins which are arranged in pairs of heterotypic keratin chains. This type I cytokeratin is paired with keratin 4 and expressed in the suprabasal layers of non-cornified stratified epithelia. Mutations in this gene and keratin 4 have been associated with the autosomal dominant disorder White Sponge Nevus. The type I cytokeratins are clustered in a region of chromosome 17q21.2. Alternative splicing of this gene results in multiple transcript variants; however, not all variants have been described.

保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

1 脫蠟和水化：脫蠟前應將組織芯片在室溫中放置60分鐘或60℃恒溫箱中烘烤20分鐘。 a 組織芯片置于二甲苯中浸泡10分鐘,更換二甲苯后在浸泡10分鐘
b 無水乙醇中浸泡五分鐘
c 95%乙醇中浸泡五分鐘
d 75%乙醇中浸泡五分鐘
2 抗原修復：用于福爾馬林固定的石蠟包埋組織芯片：
A 抗原熱修復
a 高壓熱修復 在沸水中加入EDTA（ph8.0）或0.01m*緩沖溶液（ph6.0）.蓋上不銹鋼鍋蓋，但不能鎖定。將玻片置于金屬染色加上，緩慢加壓，是玻片在緩沖液中浸泡五分鐘，然后將蓋子鎖定，小閥門將會升起來。10分鐘后除去熱源，置入涼水中，當小閥門沉下去后打開蓋子。此方法適用于較難檢測或核抗原的抗原修復。
b 沸熱修復 電爐或水浴鍋加熱0.01*緩沖液（ph6.0）至95℃左右，放入組織芯片加熱10-15分鐘。
C 微波爐加熱 在微波爐里加熱0.01*緩沖液（ph6.0）至沸騰后將組織芯片放入，斷電，間隔5-10分鐘，反復1-2次。適用的抗原：
Bcl-2.Bax.AR.PR.C-fos.x-jum.z-kit.c-myc.E-cadherin.

B 酶消化方法 
常用0.1%*和0.4%*液。*使用前預熱37℃，消化時間約為5-30分鐘。適用于被固定遮蔽的抗原：包括 Collagen.GFAP.
