英文介紹：HLA-DQB2 belongs to the family of HLA class II beta chain paralogs. Class II molecules are heterodimers consisting of an alpha (DQA) and a beta chain (DQB), both anchored in the membrane. They play a central role in the immune system by presenting peptides derived from extracellular proteins. Class II molecules are expressed in antigen presenting cells (APC: B lymphocytes, dendritic cells, macrophages). Polymorphisms in the alpha and beta chains specify the peptide binding specificity, and typing for these polymorphisms is routinely done for bone marrow transplantation. However this gene, HLA-DQB2, is not routinely typed, as it is not thought to have an effect on transplantation. There is conflicting evidence in the literature and public sequence databases for the protein-coding capacity of HLA-DQB2. Because there is evidence of transcription and an intact ORF, HLA-DQB2 is represented in Entrez Gene and in RefSeq as a protein-coding locus.

保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

1 脫蠟和水化：脫蠟前應(yīng)將組織芯片在室溫中放置60分鐘或60℃恒溫箱中烘烤20分鐘。 a 組織芯片置于二甲苯中浸泡10分鐘,更換二甲苯后在浸泡10分鐘
b 無水乙醇中浸泡五分鐘
c 95%乙醇中浸泡五分鐘
d 75%乙醇中浸泡五分鐘
2 抗原修復(fù)：用于福爾馬林固定的石蠟包埋組織芯片：
A 抗原熱修復(fù)
a 高壓熱修復(fù) 在沸水中加入EDTA（ph8.0）或0.01m*緩沖溶液（ph6.0）.蓋上不銹鋼鍋蓋，但不能鎖定。將玻片置于金屬染色加上，緩慢加壓，是玻片在緩沖液中浸泡五分鐘，然后將蓋子鎖定，小閥門將會升起來。10分鐘后除去熱源，置入涼水中，當(dāng)小閥門沉下去后打開蓋子。此方法適用于較難檢測或核抗原的抗原修復(fù)。
b 沸熱修復(fù) 電爐或水浴鍋加熱0.01*緩沖液（ph6.0）至95℃左右，放入組織芯片加熱10-15分鐘。
C 微波爐加熱 在微波爐里加熱0.01*緩沖液（ph6.0）至沸騰后將組織芯片放入，斷電，間隔5-10分鐘，反復(fù)1-2次。適用的抗原：
Bcl-2.Bax.AR.PR.C-fos.x-jum.z-kit.c-myc.E-cadherin.
ChromograninA.Cyclin.ER.Heatshock.Protein.HPV.Ki-67.MDMZ.P53.P34.P15.P-glycoprotein.PKC.PCNA.ras.Rb.等
B 酶消化方法 
常用0.1%*和0.4%*液。*使用前預(yù)熱37℃，消化時間約為5-30分鐘。適用于被固定遮蔽的抗原：包括 Collagen.GFAP.
