英文介紹：Mammalian mitochondrial ribosomal proteins are encoded by nuclear genes and help in protein synthesis within the mitochondrion. Mitochondrial ribosomes (mitoribosomes) consist of a small 28S subunit and a large 39S subunit. They have an estimated 75% protein to rRNA composition compared to prokaryotic ribosomes, where this ratio is reversed. Another difference between mammalian mitoribosomes and prokaryotic ribosomes is that the latter contain a 5S rRNA. Among different species, the proteins comprising the mitoribosome differ greatly in sequence, and sometimes in biochemical properties, which prevents easy recognition by sequence homology. This gene encodes a 28S subunit protein. In the prokaryotic ribosome, the comparable protein is thought to play an essential role in organizing the 3' domain of the 16 S rRNA in the vicinity of the P- and A-sites. Pseudogenes corresponding to this gene are found on chromosomes 8p and 12p. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]

保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

1 脫蠟和水化：脫蠟前應將組織芯片在室溫中放置60分鐘或60℃恒溫箱中烘烤20分鐘。 a 組織芯片置于二甲苯中浸泡10分鐘,更換二甲苯后在浸泡10分鐘
b 無水乙醇中浸泡五分鐘
c 95%乙醇中浸泡五分鐘
d 75%乙醇中浸泡五分鐘
2 抗原修復：用于福爾馬林固定的石蠟包埋組織芯片：
A 抗原熱修復
a 高壓熱修復 在沸水中加入EDTA（ph8.0）或0.01m*緩沖溶液（ph6.0）.蓋上不銹鋼鍋蓋，但不能鎖定。將玻片置于金屬染色加上，緩慢加壓，是玻片在緩沖液中浸泡五分鐘，然后將蓋子鎖定，小閥門將會升起來。10分鐘后除去熱源，置入涼水中，當小閥門沉下去后打開蓋子。此方法適用于較難檢測或核抗原的抗原修復。
b 沸熱修復 電爐或水浴鍋加熱0.01*緩沖液（ph6.0）至95℃左右，放入組織芯片加熱10-15分鐘。
C 微波爐加熱 在微波爐里加熱0.01*緩沖液（ph6.0）至沸騰后將組織芯片放入，斷電，間隔5-10分鐘，反復1-2次。適用的抗原：
Bcl-2.Bax.AR.PR.C-fos.x-jum.z-kit.c-myc.E-cadherin.
ChromograninA.Cyclin.ER.Heatshock.Protein.HPV.Ki-67.MDMZ.P53.P34.P15.P-glycoprotein.PKC.PCNA.ras.Rb.等
B 酶消化方法 
常用0.1%*和0.4%*液。*使用前預熱37℃，消化時間約為5-30分鐘。適用于被固定遮蔽的抗原：包括 Collagen.GFAP.
