一、電子拉力試驗機產品介紹：

　 　液晶顯示電子拉力試驗機是針對高等院校、科研院所而設計的電子拉力試驗機，可以檢測:拉伸強度、拉伸力、屈服強度、屈服點、斷裂伸長率等檢測。試驗機主機與輔具的設計融匯了我公司的*技術，外形美觀，操作方便，性能穩定可靠。該機廣泛應用于航空航天、機械制造、電線電纜、橡膠塑料、紡織、家電等行業的材料檢驗分析，是科研院校、大專院校、工礦企業、技術監督、商檢仲裁等部門的理想測試設備。

二、電子拉力試驗機特點：

1、調速系統采用伺服電機和減速機，性能穩定可靠，具有過流、過壓、過載等保護功能。

2、傳動部分采用圓弧同步齒形帶，精密絲杠副傳動，傳動平穩，噪音低，傳動效率高。

3   配有微機接口，可外接微機實現試驗過程的控制及數據的存儲、打印。（選配）

4、萬向節采用十字插銷結構，而且具有擺角限制功能，一方面便于試樣夾持，保證試驗同心度，另一方面很好的消除了不規則試樣對傳感器的影響。

5、觸摸健操作方式，液晶顯示器實時顯示，克服了老式數碼管顯示容易發生故障的問題，并且美觀大方、方便快捷。
