油液取樣器使用方法:
Oil sampler use method:
1．將油槍前端的圓螺母擰松一圈，將軟管穿過螺母，然后擰緊螺母并固定油槍接頭及軟管。（軟管伸出油槍接頭下端1cm,以免油槍接頭和油槍內(nèi)部進(jìn)油污染）

2．把油樣瓶擰到油槍接頭上。（應(yīng)趁油溫高時(shí)抽取油樣，例如在作業(yè)結(jié)束后抽樣。每次取樣條件應(yīng)盡量相同）

3．如果油箱裝有油尺，可抽出來，再將軟管伸入油中，如果油箱裝有油位螺噻，則擰下來，再把軟管伸入油中。（一般，軟管伸入油中深度約50mm。這樣，軟管就不致吸進(jìn)任何沉積物;因?yàn)檐浌苁潜P卷存放的，如果原樣使用有會(huì)夠不到油面，這時(shí)可在用前拉直到所需長(zhǎng)度;如果軟管太長(zhǎng)，可切成合適的長(zhǎng)度，以保證減少吸油阻力和順利抽油）
3 if the tank is equipped with the oil dipstick, pumping out, then the hose into the oil, if the tank is equipped with oil Lo Sai, screw down, then put into the oil hose. 4．將油槍手柄推到底，然后用膠套蓋住油槍體前端的小孔，同時(shí)把油槍手柄往回拉，油瓶?jī)?nèi)就會(huì)形成真空，使油順著軟管流入油瓶。（如果如上操作，油槍一次行程，抽不足所需油量，要松開蓋住膠套的姆指，再朝前推油槍手柄，然后重復(fù)抽油操作）

5．把油抽至油瓶上XXml標(biāo)記處，不要使油瓶抽滿油。

6．從油槍接頭上擰下油瓶，裝上內(nèi)蓋，注意不要混入塵土，（外界雜質(zhì)。然后擰緊外蓋，瓶蓋要擰緊密）

7．zui后，用干凈的布或紙擦干軟管端頭。擰松圓螺母，把軟管從螺母中抽出。（每次抽油后，要換用新的軟管）
