1、緊固所有聯接螺栓，尤其是加熱筒內套三個頂絲，接通冷卻水管道，連接電器及電源線路。

5、將溫度調節器調至要求溫度，當溫度達到預定濕度后，方可開機，并適量進料。

6、逐漸增加進料量，直至正常生產出合格產品，當正常生產30分鐘，方可表明試車成功，進行正常投產運行。

7、停機前要使料斗內無料，并在停機后馬上倒轉1分鐘，使推進器內所容原料退出。
